Paprika ("Paprika", "we", "us", "our") provides software tools that allow Telegram channel owners ("Creators") to manage access to their private Telegram channels.
Paprika operates through the paprika.bot website, Telegram bot interactions, and a Telegram Mini App dashboard.
By accessing or using Paprika, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Paprika is access enforcement software. It generates invite links, manages membership state, automates Telegram channel access, and processes webhook events from third-party payment providers.
Paprika is not a bank, payment institution, payment processor, marketplace, or content host. Paprika does not hold funds, process transactions, store payment credentials, or host any user-generated content.
Any financial arrangement between creators and fans is entirely between those parties. Paprika never touches, holds, or routes money. Creators are solely responsible for their content, pricing, refunds, tax obligations, and legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
Paprika authenticates users via Telegram. You must have a Telegram account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining control over your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs through it when interacting with Paprika.
Creators may connect Telegram channels, set pricing, choose payment modes, approve or reject access requests, and manage subscription tiers.
Fans may view creator offers, submit proof for access (in manual mode), complete checkout (in gateway mode), and view their access status in the Mini App.
Paprika does not endorse or verify the legitimacy of any channel, its content, or its creator.
Paprika supports two modes for granting channel access. In both cases, Paprika does not act as a merchant of record and does not process, hold, or route any funds.
Manual mode. Creators set their own instructions for how fans should qualify for access. Fans submit proof to the bot. The creator reviews each submission and decides whether to grant or deny access. Paprika facilitates this workflow but does not evaluate, verify, or interpret submissions. Any arrangement between creators and fans is entirely between those parties.
Gateway mode (Stripe). Creators may connect their own Stripe account. Transactions are processed entirely by Stripe between the fan and the creator. Paprika receives webhook confirmations from Stripe and grants access automatically. Paprika does not store card details. Stripe's services are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Paprika offers subscription plans for creators (Free, Growth, Pro, Agency). Plan pricing and features are listed on our pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Paprika subscription payments are processed through Polar. Prices may change with prior notice.
Downgrading may result in reduced channel limits, disabled features, or restricted approvals. No refunds are provided unless required by law.

Paprika does not review, moderate, or host creator content. Paprika has no knowledge of, control over, or responsibility for what is shared inside any Telegram channel.
You may not use Paprika to:
Paprika may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations.
Paprika does not create, host, store, distribute, or moderate any content. All content exists on Telegram's infrastructure and is governed by Telegram's Terms of Service.
Proof images submitted by fans are stored as Telegram file references only. Paprika does not download, copy, or host these files. They remain on Telegram's servers.
Paprika bears no responsibility for any content shared inside Telegram channels managed through the service.
Paprika is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee continuous uptime, Telegram API availability, Stripe uptime, or permanent data retention. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paprika and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
This includes, without limitation: lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, payment disputes, chargebacks, Telegram bans, content disputes, or any damages resulting from creator-fan transactions.
Paprika does not process transactions, hold funds, or host content. Paprika has no liability for any arrangement between creators and fans, regardless of access mode.
In any event, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Paprika in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Paprika harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your arrangements with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
You may stop using Paprika at any time by removing the bot from your channels. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if payment obligations are unmet.
Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 12 months in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Paprika is not intended for users under 18. By using the service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Creators are responsible for age compliance of their content.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
